Project Description

Rob recently purchased a home in the Salem Road neighborhood of Billerica, MA, and after completing renovations inside the property, turned attention to improving the exterior. The front yard lacked a dedicated walkway between the driveway and the front steps, while the backyard consisted primarily of sandy, rocky soil that could not support a healthy lawn.

The project focused on creating a more functional and attractive outdoor environment through professional excavation, installation of granite steps, and construction of a new Unilock paver walkway. In the backyard, the existing ground was tilled, fresh loam was installed, and the area was seeded to establish a new lawn.
