Scope: Full front and back property renovation for a newly purchased home: complete lawn rebuild with 125 yards of loam and hydroseed, a 35-zone Hunter irrigation system, a 600 square foot Unilock paver patio, and new planting beds across the front elevation.

This Burlington family had just moved into a new home and wanted a local, reputable company to renovate the property completely. The house was new. The lawn was not, and it showed from the street.

They wanted a new lawn, a new patio and proper planting beds across the front of the house. We removed and disposed of the old lawn and shrubs and rebuilt the property from the soil up.

Background & Client Vision:

A new lawn is only as good as what goes underneath it. We brought in 125 yards of loam, graded it and hydroseeded, then installed a 35-zone Hunter irrigation system so the lawn would establish evenly and stay that way through a Massachusetts summer.

The patio and the front beds were built in the same pass, so the property reads as one design rather than a series of separate visits.
