Full Property Transformation: A Billerica Landscaping Project

This Billerica family wanted the outside of their home to finally match the life they lived in it. Not one improvement, but the whole property, planned and built as a single project.

The scope covered a complete lawn renovation, a new paver walkway, two patios, a seat wall, relocating the shed and putting up a fence. We provided a proposal to perform everything they had envisioned, and then built it.

Background & Client Vision:

Projects at this scale succeed or fail on sequencing. The old lawn and walkway had to come out before the hardscape went in, the patios and seat wall had to be set before the grading, and the loam and hydroseed had to go down last so the new lawn was never driven over by machinery.
